Customer Service is the beating heart of Orro Energy. This is the department that you will be in contact with the most as a customer. Our Customer Service consists of employees who spread the Orro Energy philosophy. This means that the human side is given top priority.

Orro Energy is close to the people, simple and respectful; the core values of our company. We ensure that everybody feels right at home with us through our clear communication and no-nonsense approach. The fact that we also offer our service in multiple languages is another feature that makes Orro Energy unique. We stand out by adjusting our service to our customers.

There are several options to reach Orro Energy:
  • On all working days from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and in the weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. by telephone on the following number: 088 1236776. You will immediately be connected to a person who will assist you further.
  • All our Customer Service employees can assist you with any question that you may have. Therefore, you will not have to be put through to another person. Have you spoken with a Customer Service employee once and do you wish to speak to the same person again? This is possible at Orro Energy.
  • When you prefer to be called back, you can leave a message providing your details and you will be called back as soon as possible.
  • Through e-mail: you can always reach us through info@orro.nl and you will receive a reply within a day.
  • With the chat function on this website. This will ensure you that you have direct contact with one of our employees and you will immediately receive a reply to your question.
  • You can also reach us by regular mail. You can send your letter to the following address: Orro Energy Nederland B.V. Attn. Customer Service PO Box 629, 2600 AP Delft. You will receive a reply to your letter as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you are submitting a complaint about our service, this will be processed with the highest priority. Orro Energy believes that customer satisfaction is of prime importance and that is why we will carefully handle your complaint. Complaints are always discussed within our department.
