We are currently in need of the following:

Customer Service Employee
Customer and service-focused problem solving

The job
As an employee at Customer Service you will deal with 1st and 2nd line questions from customers on the telephone and by e-mail, post and/or other channels. You will also process all relevant changes in our automated systems. You will solve complaints and disputes and will ensure that the customer is satisfied.
In addition, general supportive tasks for the department will also be a part of your range of duties. You will work independently from our headquarters in Delft.

What will we ask from you?
  • A completed relevant upper secondary vocational education with demonstrable above average results (MEAO/MBA); 
  • Relevant professional knowledge and at least 3 years of working experience in a similar job;
  • Knowledge and experience in listening and corresponding actively;
  • Analytical ability and good written communication skills;
  • Result-focused, troubleshooting and independent;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Wanting and able to work error-free;
  • At least bilingual.
