If you examine the way in which energy companies deal with their customers, it seems as if they are trying to make everything as difficult as possible. With complicated products, services and after-sales service. Incomprehensible bill overviews that can basically not be deciphered. And a Customer Service in which customers easily lose their way for many cents per minute and rarely are given a good, understandable and clear answer to their questions. Personal contact has been reduced to the bare minimum. A quick visit just to ask a question has not been possible for quite some time in most cases. Most people do not understand their energy supplier and believe them to be unfriendly.
